KEIV–PLUS GROUP (PTY) LIMITED T/A LubePlus Energies was established with the aim of closing the lubrication gap in Botswana and beyond the borders. The company is a leading supplier in lubricants for the food Processing, mining and pharmaceutical industries. KEIV-PLUS is a company that has been in the industry for over 10 years, its sister company KEIV-PLUS (PTY)Ltd supplies the mining industry with mining accessories, lubricants, chemicals and degreasers.
KEIV-PLUS Group is a wholly woman owned business which aims at empowering communities more especially women and children by sharing skills and giving back to ensure sustainability. Our corporate Social Responsibility is touching lives all over the world and building relationships that lasts forever.
History of our company
Humble beginnings
In 2007, Keiv Plus was established in a modest office space in Mogoditshane Nkoyaphiri Industrial Botswana, where meticulous market research initiatives were undertaken to understand industry dynamics and consumer preferences.
Acquisition of distributorship
Strategic collaborations with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) oil brands were established, leading to the recognition of our company by major players in the mining and food industries. These alliances solidified our position as a reputable distributor within the market.
Research & Development
The year 2020 marked a significant milestone as we embarked on partnerships with technical teams to drive product development initiatives. Extensive research and development endeavours were undertaken, accompanied by the formulation of company policies and procedures. Implementation of Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) strategies, alongside the adoption of Quality Assurance and Sustainability guidelines, underscored our commitment to excellence.
The launch of Lubeplus
After years of dedication and perseverance, our efforts culminated in the highly anticipated launch of LubePlus, marking the dawn of a new era in lubricant excellence.
